Why can't I no longer use my mouse to click what I need in drop down menus? This has been an issue since I was "forced" to upgrade to 10 this week!

Try to disable hardware acceleration.

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"

If disabling hardware acceleration works then check if there is an update available for your graphics display driver.

I tried this and I still get the screen freezes and inability to use any drop down box on any website! I have deleted Fire Fox 10; and I am using Safari now; at least I can get to my Drop Down menus now. Until Mozilla resolves these issues and allowing upgrades to compatable Extensions and Add Ons, I am refusing to use FF at all.
