I am trying to add an add-on to record flash videos from the net. I have tried several different add ons. For each one I get a message saying it cannot download because of a connection failure.

For Enabling Third-party Cookies:

  • click Firefox button and click Options (or File Menu -> Options)
  • Privacy tab -> History section -> under Firefox will: select Use Custom Setting for History
    • place Checkmark on Accept Cookies from Sites -> click Exceptions button -> select the websites which have status set to other than Allow and click Remove Site or click Remove All Sites button -> click Close button
    • place Checkmark on Accept Third-party Cookies from Sites
  • click OK on Options window
  • Restart Firefox

Check and tell if its working.
