firefox won't connect to the internet, but I.E. will and does, Why???

Firefox resently asked me to update it & after i went to your site i did. now I cant connect to the internet with firefox. But i can connect with Internet Explorer. Can you help me???

Firefox cannot load websites but other programs can

Check and tell if its working.

Also, Remove Multiple (older) Java Console extensions
