I've saved and can use the log-in details for a particular site, but they doesn't show up in the password list, so I cannot edit/delete them. Whilst it may not be relevant and may confuse the issue more, the reason I want to delete log-in + password is because I have to create a new account every 2-3 months, which I then save. So when loading the home page, the current and all previously saved log-ins get listed. I've tried to manually delete one when on the home page, but unlike keystroke searches which do get deleted, this one remains in the list. I suppose I could clear everything and save all the log-in details for each site again, but why are the log-ins for one particular site not showing up ?

Thanks

Suggestions in a login drop down list that have a key icon in front are login suggestions that you need to remove in the Password Manager.

Suggestions in a drop down list without a key symbol are autocomplete saved form data. Suggestions without a key icon are part of autocomplete saved form data that you should be able to remove by selecting this item with the cursor Down key and pressing Delete (Mac: Shift+Delete).

Does it have a unique-enough user name to use that as a filter on the Logins & Passwords page?

If not, perhaps the address is not what you're looking for. Some sites use a different server for login, and in some cases, the login area is a framed page sourced from a different server than the one listed in the address bar.

Different Server

Check the address bar while the login form is displayed, then use part of that address to search on the Logins & Passwords page.

Framed Page

Right-click the login form and check the context menu. If you find a "This Frame" item, click that to show a submenu. Use View Frame Info to determine what site the form is loading from.

Any luck so far?

Extremely odd. - I checked each log-in saved, and all were linked to completely unconnected sites. Yes, completely unconnected sites. - I filtered/searched the list, entering the first three letters of the site address and nothing came up ( as soon as you enter each letter, the list automatically narrows down ). - As stated in my question, all previous and current log-ins are also presented in a drop down list when I load the home page.

I now go to run through a few suggestions in the answers above, and just happened to look at the list again and there is the site address and log-in listed ! I then run a check with the search filter, and as soon as I enter the first two letters of the address, the missing log-in is displayed, along with one other address. I may be wrong, but I'm sure when I first checked 12 hrs ago, there were only 63 log-ins ( were 5 missing ? ). Having said that, 63 and 68 look extremely similar so I may be mistaken. What has also corrected however, is that only the current log-in is now shown on the home page. So something has definitely changed.

Thanks for the quick replies anyway.
