There are several sites that used to work well with Firefox, but now they don't. Links from one place to another within the web site have stopped working. I tired allowing pop-ups for the web site, and allowing all pop-ups, but neither of these work. The 2 sites are MyHealtheVet and JCPenney.

I can access both sites correctly using Microsoft Edge, but I prefer Firefox.

How can I troubleshoot and/or fix this?

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Turning off enhanced tracking protection does not help. This problem only started up a couple of days ago. I'm running Firefox 100.0 (64 bit). And smartblock appears to have been an enhancement last year, so it probably doesn't apply.
