I am trying to export all email adress from our profesionnal account. Is there a way I can download an .xls or .csv file with all emails ?

Chosen solution

To export an Address Book from Thunderbird.

click on 'Address Book' select an address book (Not 'All Address Books') click on 'Tools' > 'Export' Choose where to save files on computer Save as Type: select Comma separated (*.csv) Click on 'Save'.

Repeat for each address book.

If you are wanting to create a backup to import back into Thunderbird in emergency. Same process but advise you use 'Save as Type' : LDIF
