For the past YEAR or longer I can't log in to PC Optimum on FF. I used to be able to and suddenly every time I click the link in my email to load my offers and log in to PC I get an error message saying "oops something went wrong." FF is listed as an accepted browser for for the company and I have NO PROBLEM logging in on other browsers. FF has had at least 5 new versions since this began and it doesn't work on any of them. I am using the newest version (88), I have added the page in FF's allowed cookies under privacy, I have cleared cache and history, I have turned off enhanced tracking protection for the site I have tried EVERYTHING and still can't log in from FF. (PC was of no help either.)

Is anyone else having this problem?? I Love FF and how customizable the browser is compared to others. I've used it for over a DECADE - refusing to switch even though EVERYONE tells me to but it may be time because I'm having problems viewing a LOT of pages that other browsers have no problems with.

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.

Warning ! ! This will log you out of sites you're logged in to. You may also lose any settings for that website.

There is security software like Avast, Kaspersky, BitDefender and ESET that intercept secure connection certificates and send their own.

Thank you - My Firefox is set to not save passwords, is set to clear cookies and cache on close. As mentioned in my post enhanced tracking was turned off. I opened Firefox in safe mode and STILL was not able to log in to my PCoptimum account. (I don't have ANY of the security software listed in second suggestion). It works fine on edge.
