For the last week, I haven't been able to open any of the messages on eBay using Firefox on my computer, two different accounts. Until then it worked fine. Now I can only do this on my phone, via eBay app. No problem with Microsoft Edge on my computer either - works properly. Updated Firefox, cleared cache, restarted - nothing helps. Nothing happens when I click on the message, as if the link does not exist, even though the cursor changes when hovering over. Very annoying

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Did this help?

While you are in safe mode;

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.
