I can't seem to get this one Facebook page to load. It is a private group page, no one else in the group seems to have a problem and I don't have the problem with other Facebook pages.

hello eswina,

Try clearing cache,

1. Click the menu button (3 horizontal lines on the top right of your screen)

2. Then click "Options". Once your there, Select "Privacy and Security"

3. In the section, Cookies and site data, click clear data.

4. Click clear if you want to clear cookies as well as cache. If not, uncheck the first box. Hit clear.

5.goto safe mode: ctrl+shift+N

I have tried - clearing cookies & data and restarted Firefox and this page still won't load - tried safe mode and disabled all add-ons and this page still won't load - tried uninstalling Firefox and reinstalling and this page still won't load - have no problems with this page on my Amazon Fire tablet or my android phone using firefox - this page used to load for me up until 2 to 3 weeks ago.

Firefox is version 77 on Windows 10 on an HP x360 elitebook

Any help is much appreciated.

You can remove all data stored in Firefox for a specific domain via "Forget About This Site" in the right-click context menu of an history entry ("History -> Show All History" or "View -> Sidebar -> History").

Using "Forget About This Site" will remove all data stored in Firefox for this domain like history and cookies and passwords and exceptions and cache, so be cautious.
If you have a password or other data for that domain that you do not want to lose then make sure to backup this data or make a note.

You can't recover from this 'forget' unless you have a backup of involved files.

If you revisit a 'forgotten' website then data for that website will be saved once again.

Thanks for trying cor-el, tried it and the page still won't load, the only difference I noticed was that it was trying to load info from a different place then before.

You can check the Web Console (Tools -> Web Developer) for messages about blocked content and about the presence of mixed or unsafe content.

You can check the Network Monitor to see if content is blocked or otherwise fails to load.

If necessary use "Ctrl+F5" or "Ctrl+Shift+R" (Mac: Command+Shift+R) to reload the page and bypass the cache to generate a fresh log.
