My computer says it's April 7 but my FireFox emails say that it is April 6.

Hi KellyAnn123, here in California, it is still April 6th.
Where do you view your email? For example, on a popular free webmail site like Gmail, Outlook, or Yahoo? Or on your service provider's site (like Comcast/Xfinity), or elsewhere?
It's possible that the time shown in the web page was calculated based on where the server is located, and adjusted according to where the site thinks you are located, that is, based on your time zone. This may vary from one site to the next.
It sounds like your clock setting on the O/S and site are set wrong. Did you check those Time zones on the email settings?

Not if the OP is somewhere in the southern hemisphere, like Australia, where it is April 7 ......
