I like to keep my email on the Comcast/Xfinity server until I'm ready to download it to Thunderbird. POP account with no boxes checked for "check for new msgs on startup" or "check every xx min". This has never been a problem in the past. But since newest version 60.3.3, Thunderbird sporadically downloads everything from server without being asked. Sometimes at startup, but also sometimes when mail has been running for awhile and I go to do something else such as compose a new msg. Any ideas?? Thanks!
