Why can't I load a page that another browser can load?

I've been trying to get onto one of my accounts on a browser game for a few days now and it refuses to load past 3%. I can load up the game on a different server but every time I try the same server it doesn't load up but will if I use Chrome. I would like to keep using Firefox since it is a better browser but I'm about at my wits end for trying to fix this issue. The site I've been trying to connect to is naruto.oasgames.com/en on server 121. Server 43 loads perfectly fine. I'm on a Mac and have talked with the game developers themselves who don't have any other solution for me.

Please Refresh but do this 1st:

TEST....... If no issues then Extensions which need to be added back in 1 at a time and tested ..... Or it is your Profile : Make a new one and test ...:

Note: Any customization will revert back to default, you will also need to reinstall Extensions.
