Since Firefox updated to 43.0.1/2/3/4 every time NoScript updates, which has been VERY frequently Firefox hangs and becomes unresponsive. In Task Manager it is shown as running, yet the mouse pointer is just a blue revolving circle and I can do nothing with it. Firefox uses up to 52% of the CPU, if I click on End Task in Task Managers Applications tab Firefox disappears from the list. Yet in the Processes tab it is still showing as using 50% or so of the CPU, I then have to click to End Process to stop Firefox running. Every time I have restarted Firefox after one of these incidents NoScript has updated! I have screenshots of today's events.

I really appreciate the functionality of NoScript but if this keeps happening I will have to remove the extension as it is getting to be really annoying.

Would removing and then reinstalling the extension solve my problem, or have others reported the same thing.

Disable it in the Add-ons Manager to confirm. If the problem goes away, contact it's support site.

Thanks for the link to the support site. I copied and pasted my plea for help there but couldn't figure out how to post the screenshots.
