How do I remove the private browsing option

more options

Didn't ask for or want this option .Also I would like the ability to edit the advertising google seems to think I want to see.If I want to meet sexy singles in my area I'm pretty sure I could figure out how. They don't need to include them on job search sites.

The First thing for "Private Browsing" is it probably depends what OS your using, Secondly for the Google Ads you cant change, Usually these advertisements appear if you use Adult sites alot.

You cant really hide provate browsing forever, though there is a addon

You can also delete cache and cookies to hope that google forgets about your.

Note: This will temporarily log you out of all sites you're logged in to. To clear cache and cookies do the following:

  1. Go to Firefox > History > Clear recent history or (if no Firefox button is shown) go to Tools > Clear recent history.
  2. Under "Time range to clear", select "Everything".
  3. Now, click the arrow next to Details to toggle the Details list active.
  4. From the details list, check Cache and Cookies and uncheck everything else.
  5. Now click the Clear now button.

Further information can be found in the Clear your cache, history and other personal information in Firefox article.

You may have an unwanted extension that is injecting inappropriate ads into sites. Try this:

Disable ALL nonessential or unrecognized extensions on the Add-ons page. Either:

  • Ctrl+Shift+a
  • orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons

In the left column, click Extensions. Then, if in doubt, disable.

Usually a link will appear above at least one disabled extension to restart Firefox. You can complete your work on the tab and click one of the links as the last step.

Does that change the ads you see?
