Themes don't load properly.

Not sure if this is something specific to the latest version of Firefox (23.1), but themes don't seem to properly load. Specifically, it looks like the background image isn't properly repeating down the sidebar (All In One Sidebar), as seen here:

What's particularly weird is that it *was* working correctly initially, and then just stopped in the middle of a session for no apparent reason and now I can't figure out how to make it work correctly again. Ideally, I'd like to find some way to download the theme and edit/store it locally, but Google has been surprisingly unhelpful on the matter since the first step (download the .jar file) seems impossible for the themes hosted at addons.mozilla.org.
