As it says, Firefox opens up to a blank screen with some funky tool bar and (Not Responding). I uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled it and it worked fine for a while. I reinstalled my Yahoo Toolbar which worked fine for a while too. When I came back to use the internet again Firefox opened up the same way, blank screen and not responding with the Yahoo toolbar replaced. Is there a glitch between Firefox and Yahoo Tool bars? As it is, I'm having to send this via Internet Explorer.

Sometimes a problem with Firefox may be a result of malware installed on your computer, that you may not be aware of.

You can try these free programs to scan for malware, which work with your existing antivirus software:

Microsoft Security Essentials is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista/XP if you don't already have one.

Further information can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware article.

Please report back soon.

Also try removing the Yahoo program directory from your computer's hard drive to prevent it from reinstalling itself.
