why latest update suck my download?

Its happening every time i updated an apps. its suck! you know i only using a Evdo network which is more slower than a wifi or 3g. if the update still doesnt work can you please give me a link of firefox older version for android phone? Im using a hisense phone with evdo network and android 4.0 (ICS). please fix the download problem thx.
