Why does my eBay page not have the same buttons when I use Firefox as it does with the other browsers?
Firefox has changed my eBay page. It no longer offers me a sold button. When I go in with IE or chrome the sold button is still there. How do I get it back on Firefox? I prefer Firefox because of the security and really do not want to use the others, but I need that button. Help, please! Thank you for your time, I really hope you have a fix for this! I thought it was an eBay thing but their help desk and several others I have spoken to still have the sold button. eBay told me to try using IE and there it was. So I went in with chrome and it was there. I uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled and went back in and the button is missing. Then I tried re-setting Firefox to the default and went back in and it still is not there. I had been using Firefox since early Feb. and just last night discovered the sold button is gone. I use it often in research, several times a day!
