Firefox is not completely functional in certain areas. There are dead zones and I have to scroll down in order to click on certain items.

I have two main issues. First, if I want to click on links in the upper portion of my screen, all I see is the pointer, so I cannot click on the link. Also, the upper arrow on my scroll bar does not work and the scroll panel will not work unless is positioned lower. These problems originated with Firefox 9.0 but I have recently updated to Firefox 10.0. Still, I have the same issues. I tried my other browsers and I do not have any of these problems with those browsers.

That problem can be caused by the Yahoo! Toolbar or the Babylon extension that extents too much downwards and covers the top part of the browser window and thus makes links and buttons in that part of the screen not clickable.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

Thank you very much for your help. I restarted Firefox in Safe Mode and found it to be fully functional. The problem was my Yahoo! Toolbar. One I removed it, I was able to navigate entire pages.
