I tried to input ASCII codes from 1-32 and the characters corresponding didn't appear, just a "?". Why does this happen & How can I solve this issue?

ASCII characters in that range are control codes. You should use Unicode equivalents or HTML entities.

Thanks for answering, but I want to know is, when I input ASCII, how can I be able to see the characters that corresponds to the code I input. For example: when I input Alt+3 I want to be able to see the heart icon instead of the "?". That issue only happens on Firefox, in Word even Google Chrome when given the combination, the characters appear.
