Failed to install Add-ons
Hi, I just installed Firefox on my phone but I can't download add-ons (see attachments). My connection is fine, I tried disabling the VPN, but it's still the same. Please help. Thank you

Yes, from Playstore. I'm from Indonesia and I'm using Adguard VPN.
I have solved that issue. What I do is 1. Clear Data Firefox 2. Turn off VPN 3. Open Firefox then download Add-ons, and it works
Add-ons can't be downloaded if I open firefox for the first time when Adguard VPN is On, and Use third party CA certificates is enabled.

Is this just happening when you try to install those two add-ons or does it happen with any others?
Hi, Unfortunately all add-ons cannot be downloaded. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall Firefox, but the issue persists.
Is this a copy of Firefox for Android that you have downloaded from the Google Play store?
Approximate which country are you based in?
Are you useing a VPN on your device?
