For almost a year I haven't been able to make purchases using Firefox browser and paying with Paypal. That little circle in the middle of the screen just keeps spinning without end, and I never get to my Paypal account. I have to copy my order page address to Chrome, or start my purchase over using Chrome, in order to get to Paypal. I am using a Dell XPS 8900 since August 2016, Windows 10 Professional, Intel I7 generation 6 processor, 16GB memory, my ISP is Cox Communications and I have McAfee Total Access - Total Protection. For years, getting to Paypal during my ordering process was no problem, but for more than half a year I haven't been able to get to Paypal using Firefox. I have no problem getting to Paypal using Chrome.

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
