Websites are starting to put on layers of protection. More than just username/password but by filling in that info, on a different screen I will be asked for a pin or provide a response to "your mother's brother's middle high school" Currently, when I put in different info than my password, Firefox provides, Update Password or delete login. To escape this there is a "close X", but it would be helpful if Firefox allowed me to say, Never Update or stop asking me to update this password. As I said, many sites are asking for more than user/password and for right now, I am comfortable with typing the extra info, every time I visit those sites.

You can create a login block exception for this origin (protocol and hostname) to prevent Firefox from asking to update a stored password. You can possibly inspect and edit this login password in Lockwise.
