AFTER OPENING THE BROWSER A SECOND BROWSER OPEnS ON ITS OWN. It is usually trying to sell me cars or somthing like that. I have completely uninstalled Firefox twice. After uninstalling I search for any Firefox Mozilla files and delete, restart and reinstall Firefox. Within hours I get multiple sites open on their own. I use Google for my home page and search engine.

Do a malware check with several malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. All these programs have free versions.
Make sure you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

I have been using Spybot for years I regularly update , scan and immunize my system. I also have and regularlyt scan with McAffee.
the only fix is to use another browser! FF is broken...

With all due respect, your problem sounds very malware-ish. Supplementing the current staff with a few temps may be worth your time.

I'm not sure what refers to. It seems to be cleaning cookies and history. Also, it's dated 17-02-23, which sounds like 2017-Feb-23 ??
