What version of Thunderbird ? Is this a POP or IMAP mail account? Please explain what you mean by 'can't get into my emails'. Does Thunderbird start up? Can you see mail accounts and folders in left pane? If you select a folder, do you see emails and can you read them? Does the problem occur when trying to access the server to download new emails? Do you get an error message? If yes, please state what it says word for word. What server are you using ? eg: gmail, yahoo, comcast etc
