What's your computer system and Firefox version?
I had no problem with your links.

The pages load quickly with third party scripts disabled. Could you try this:
(1) Install the NoScript extension and restart Firefox to enable it
https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/noscript/
(2) Visit your site and use the NoScript toolbar button drop-down to enable scripts only from your site, then reload to check the results
(3) Start enabling one third party script source at a time and reload between each, in order from most important to least important, to see whether this helps you discover the problem
(4) When finished, if you do not want to take a paranoid approach to scripts on all sites, disable NoScript on the Add-ons page, Extensions list
