Firefox for iOS updates the same way as other iOS apps - the App Store. If you follow the instructions at Which version of Firefox am I using?, which version does it say you have? Mine says 5.3 (2)

Firefox for iOS updates the same way as other iOS apps - the App Store. If you follow the instructions at Which version of Firefox am I using?, which version does it say you have? Mine says 5.3 (2)
