Customize isn't working and LastPass icon isn't appearing
On two different profiles, the Customize option simply isn't working. I see three different places on the GUI to click on Customize, and none works. Nothing happens when I click on them, beyond the letters "Customize" appearing at the top of a tab.
After appearing earlier this evening, the LastPass icon is also failing to appear on both profiles.

The crash report is about 5 pages of data. That is why we need the report number.

The crash report flagged these programs;
KeyCrypt32(2).dll = Zemana AntiLogger SDK or Zemana AntiLogger Free belongs to software AntiLogger SDK or AntiLogger Free by Zemana.
Download the current full installer for the above. Then remove it from your system. Use a registry scanner / repair. Then reboot. Is there still a problem?
Thank you again.
"The crash report is about 5 pages of data. That is why we need the report number." I don't understand. I thought I provided it to you. Wouldn't that be the UUID?
There are now six more crash reports since that one.
"If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it and select Submit." I don't see "Submit", so I'm lost there.
Not long ago this problem appeared to have resolved by itself without me doing anything further with the extensions. Now I'm back to Customize, Recently Closed Tabs, and Session Manager not working. I also noticed that the Duplicate Tab right-click option doesn't work.

You're suggesting I uninstall it? Wouldn't simply closing it out (absence verified on Process Explorer) suffice? How could it cause a problem when it's not running?
You only provided one report. There are others listed. Follow the instructions on how to post them here. The report numbers, not the reports.

Could you explain this for me? Is this suggesting that WinPatrol and Lavasoft's Web Companion are causing problems with Firefox?
"1192528 RESOLVED DUPLICATE [e10s] - constantly crashing when visiting premier league fantasy with different crash signatures 1126245 RESOLVED FIXED [e10s] Crash on Disqus Password Change" I don't know anything about that or any other fantasy league. I've never looked into them. I haven't changed that password lately.
"Perform a System File Check to fix corrupted system files Win 7, 8, 10, Vista: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929833" I can't get past a roadblock on System File Check, because I'm on XP, and the actual XP CD didn't come with my Dell. Thanks a lot, Dell.
"In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it and select Submit." Again, I don't see any place where I can select "Submit". I note that he about:crash page does say "Submitted Crash Reports"

Do a clean reinstall and delete the Firefox program folder before (re)installing a fresh copy of the current Firefox release.
- Download the Firefox installer and save the file to the desktop
https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/
If possible uninstall your current Firefox version to cleanup the Windows registry and settings in security software.
- Do NOT remove "personal data" when you uninstall your current Firefox version, because this will remove all profile folders and you lose personal data like bookmarks and passwords including data in profiles created by other Firefox versions.
Remove the Firefox program folder before installing that newly downloaded copy of the Firefox installer.
- (32 bit Windows) "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\"
- (64 bit Windows) "C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\"
- It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.
Your bookmarks and other personal data are stored in the Firefox profile folder and won't be affected by an uninstall and (re)install, but make sure NOT to remove personal data when you uninstall Firefox as that will remove all Firefox profile folders and you lose your personal data.
If you keep having problems then create a new profile.

They could be the cause. Or, other victims of what caused the crash. Sometimes, these lists show us a pattern we can follow.

This is for Sumo's. Related bugs shows the same problem may also be on other systems, and needs a closer look by the programmers.

Microsoft Fix it Solution Center: troubleshooting software issues
Are you wanting me to do as I did with the bc0a9456-52ed-4194-a1d5-fc15b2150918 report on the previous page of this thread?
When Firefox crashes, a "watchdog" creates a report to send to the Mozilla servers. This way, the reason for the crash can be discovered. No personal information is sent. Only data about your system.
But if the report is not sent, nothing can be done because no one knows there was a crash. Such reports must be sent manually. If a report was sent, it changes to bp to show the report was received.
Once a report is submitted, post the bp report number here, and then we can look over it to find the cause.
Thank you, Corel. I am keeping your advice in mind. I suppose now would be a good time to use MozBackup.
"This is for Sumo's." What's Sumo's?
"Microsoft Fix it Solution Center: troubleshooting software issues https://support.microsoft.com" They say no support for XP.

Download the current Zemana. full installer and save it. Remove Zemana. from your system. After re-booting, use a register scanner/repair. Now try Firefox. Do Not install Zemana. at this time.
If there is still a problem, disable LastPass as a test.
The latest crash report, bp-908b1fbc-2da3-4040-b75b-f1bd72150925, is from this afternoon when I was shutting down by clicking the upper right hand corner X. Typically I have to click twice for it to respond. I believe that many of the previous crashes were of the same nature.
Right now Zemana Antilogger is not running, confirmed on Process Explorer and Task Manager. And the Firefox dysfunction is there: Customize, Duplicate Tab, Session Manager, Recently Closed Tabs all not working. How could Zemana be the culprit now if it is not running?
In the last couple of days I have had all kinds of back-and forth with these functions working and not working and with the LinkExtend toolbar and the Status Bar appearing and disappearing.
