Thunderbird 24 for Linux on Linux Mint 16. I'm new to TB. I can't delete any messages using the delete key or any drop down menus. Can't move to waste bin. Junk not deleted although set in preferences.

Click with right button mouse on Inbox >> Properties >> Reapair Folder. then try delete again
