Add-on developer's websites come up automatically every time I start firefox.
Hi. Every time I open Firefox a bunch (maybe 5 or so) tabs appear automatically, making it take longer for Firefox to load, not to mention the fact that I have to go through and close all of them. Each tab is for a different website for each Firefox Add-on I am using (eg. Lightshot, Greasemonkey, etc.). How do I make it to where when I open Firefox, my homepage is the only website to appear? Thanks :)

It is also possible that there is a problem with the file(s) that store the extensions registry.
Delete the extensions.* files (e.g. extensions.sqlite, extensions.ini) and compatibility.ini in the Firefox profile folder to reset the extensions registry.
New files will be created when required.
See "Corrupt extension files":

If you see disabled, not compatible, extensions in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions" then click the Tools button at the left end side of the Search Bar ("Find Updates" button in older Firefox versions) to check if there is a compatibility update available.
If this hasn't helped then also delete the addons.sqlite file.

hello JohnTron1980, this might be a side-effect when firefox cannot retain certain settings across browser sessions - some common solutions for it can be found at: How to fix preferences that won't save.

I have this problem only in my android. How could I fix it here? Specifically, I cannot start firefox without the same Ghostery configuration wizard popping up every time!
