How do you change the font size and color on the Firefox 10 toolbar?
I was switched to Mozilla Firefox 10.0 by a Dell representative. I had been using IE8. I have Windows 7-64bit operating system. I cannot read my toolbar on Mozilla it is so small and the font is black with gray background! Isn't that a great combination. Is there anyway to change the toolbar font size and color? I downloaded Amazon add-on on WOW! It is clear as a bell but Mozilla is absolutely horrible. If I can't get the toolbar modified I need to know another browser to use cause after 5 hours of trying to customize and use Firefox 10.0 I'm about done. I can't get any telephonic or chatline support. I've been in the knowledge base till I can recite it! And Kaspersky not compatible. What more of a nightmare do I need.

Download "Theme Font & Size Changer" add-on. It allows you change:
- Font size.
- Font style.
- Font color.
- Font background color (menu bar background color).
It will be on the "Tools" menu bar after installing.

theme font & size changer didn't solve the problem of font sizes being too small. with ubuntu
system -> preferences -> appearance
i made all the fonts on the operating system bigger. but nothing to be done with firefox content. theme and font size changer didn't increase the font size, even when set to 64. something is wrong with the programming. 1. the font sizes should never be set to 8 2. there should be an option right there in the menu to be able to change the font size without having to install an add on. and it should work. 3. the proposed add on did not solve the above problems.
I am not a Linux person but if you can find your "profile" (\Thunderbird\Profiles\xxxxx.default\chrome)(the "xxxxx" will be a random ID) directory add this to your userChrome.css
/*=================Thunderbird Options==================*/
/* Global UI font */
*{ font-size: 14pt !important; font-family: Verdana !important;}
font-size and font-family will change the global setting and you will not have any control from "Options".

I tried this - and it works, though rather confusing. BUT it doesn't do anything to change the background color! That's what I want to change. Right now the background of the toolbar is deep purple and it's hard to read.
Turns out my problem was not with Firefox but with Windows. By changing the Appearance/personalization/window glass color, I solved the problem.
