Try to update to a more recent Firefox 3.6.x or 6.0.x version.
Your current Firefox 3.0.19 version may have outdated SSL certificate that have expired.
Also check the date and time in the clock on your computer: (double) click the clock icon on the Windows Taskbar.

You're welcome.

You should still consider updating Firefox to the latest version via "Help > Check for Updates or Help > About Firefox"
The Firefox version that you use is no longer maintained with security and stability updates.
Using unsupported Firefox versions is at your own risk and makes you vulnerable to attacks.
