Where do I find the instructions to use the web video capture add-on? I have downloaded the add-on and see the little icon circles moving when playing a video. I need instructions to actually view and save the videos on my computer.

Sorry, I don't see an add-on by that name at Add-ons.Mozilla.Org

That information should be on the page where you installed that add-on from. Or there should be a hyperlink on the download / installation page which would take you to the developers own website, which should have support information. Each add-on developer is supposed to support their own product.
