Some time ago, it was possible to scroll through the Hotmail inbox and through folders in general. There was a tab at the bottom of the page : 'pages 1 2 3 4 ....', allowing one to browse through the whole of the folder.

This facilty seems to have disappeared. I'm sure it must be there somewhere, but I can't find it.

Please help.

Thanks and regards,

Michel

Well, it sounds like a Hotmail problem not a Firefox problem.

Would you have asked this question at an Internet Explorer or Chrome or Safari help forum if you were using that browser?

If so, you misunderstand what a browser does. A browser simply gets you "there" it is then up to the site's pages to work correctly.

Did this problem start immediately after you upgraded Firefox or made some changes to its configuration? If so, perhaps it is a Firefox problem but I think it more likely it is a Hotmail problem.

Have you asked Hotmail about this problem. If not, go there and see what help you can find.

I initially assumed that this was in fact a Hotmail problem, and posted the question on Hotmail. The responses prompted me to check whether the problem was also there when using Internet Explorer, and I found that it wasn't. So I now feel that it must somehow relate to Firefox.

As you suggest, perhaps it was caused by the latest Firefox upgrade. Is there a fix for this ? Or some way round the problem ?
