My toolbars are missing
I am missing my top customizable toolbar, the spaces toolbar and a toolbar which is added through an installed add-on (QuickFolders). I thought it might be solved by clicking on 'customize' in the view toolbar menu, but the button is greyed out and does not respond.
I've been working with the QuickFolders add-on author and he is stumped so I'm thinking it may be a Thunderbird issue. I am running TB 115.4.2 on Windows 11.

I've found that this problem goes away (temporarily) by adding a new mail account. Immediately after adding the new mail account, all my toolbars miraculously appear. This includes the top customizable toolbar, the spaces toolbar and my QuickFolders toolbar. Unfortunately, after restarting Thunderbird they are all gone again. I have found that I can simply go to Account Settings > Account Actions > Add Mail Account... then cancel... and the toolbars appear... until I restart again.
I'm having this problem as well. There's no way to get to calendar or tasks but when I add a mail account the toolbar temporarily re-appears and i can re-customize the toolbar. It goes away again after a restart.
