Thunderbird is hangs every time I try to add a hyperlink (win10)
Thunderbird (Windows, 115.3.2) is crashing every time I try to add a hyperlink. The message that I'm working on freezes and I cannot close it except using the Task Manager. I would like to simply install the previous version, but I can't seem to find that. I have tried re-installing 115.3.2 to no effect.

- Please start *Windows* in safe mode with networking enabled https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/12376/windows-10-start-your-pc-in-safe-mode
- Still in Windows safe mode, start Thunderbird in Troubleshoot mode https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-mode-thunderbird
Does problem go away?

Which one did you use?
