when I try to connect to my Xfinity email. Can't imagine what happened to the authenticity.

Hi Mary Kay, I don't have an Xfinity account, so I don't know how that server -- oauth.xfinity.com -- comes into play. Are you able to load the login page or the new email address?

Another user mentioned that it doesn't work in regular windows but did work in a private window. To test in a private window, you can either right-click on one of those links and choose Open in New Private Window or start with a new private window by pressing Ctrl+Shift+P and then test from there.
