Seems that the emails are showing as "view Source". I tried to create a folder and move the mail to it. Some emails automatically now are repaired and show perfectly, whilst others do not repair when moved. I have also hit Properties> Repair Folder, to no avail

Seems that your folder gives the wrong instructions to it? Your folder gives a wrong view?

Oké repair folder did not work ,inbox- properties-repair folder.

You can delete the msf files that are on your pc. That option will repair/ rebuild your maps automatically after deleting there is no lost of data then after a restart of your system.

Check in safe modus if these options does disappear it disable all sort of functions also your software security.

Are you still there? The option to change text format is there.

You can change your view of the text for your messages at.

Menu > Options > General > Language & Appearance > Advanced button > Text encoding See the display info in the picture that s sended to you.

When you followed these steps the option for incoming and outgoing is adjustable. Choose the good format for it.

The issue has to disappear.
