I received a ph call that I had to update or lose my email. Is this a true call from you? It was from800659-5968. It said to call 1-800-701-6307 Is this a true call from you? If so what do I do. I am not very good on computers

The Thunderbird community would not be calling random people and Mozilla also does not have the resources of call centres to do so.

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/avoid-and-report-mozilla-tech-support-scams

In a Google search the second phone# appears to be for (unofficial/fake) multiple products support like Incredimail technical support, McAfee technical support, Apple Mail Technical support, Windows live mail Technical support and even Thunderbird Support.

Neither Mozilla or the Thunderbird community has any one on one support by phone, chat or email whether officially or by a third-party.

Normally a comment like that would be in a phishing spam email and not a phone call. https://www.pcrisk.com/removal-guides/16432-email-credentials-phishing
