When I am working Firefox wants to update. After working I cannot find a way to do the update. Where did the Update tool go???
It never fails. While I am working I keep getting that irritating Notification over-and-over that there is an update. After I quit working I cannot find a way to do the update. What is Mozilla doing? Why do we no longer have control to do Updates Manually? When we want to. Not have them shoved into our face over-and-over? I would love to at least have the option to not have these irritating Notifications. Especially since Mozilla seems to do constant updates. Almost weekly. Thanks

Note that Firefox 74.0 has been released, so with Firefox 72 you are behind on (security) updates.

Please go to about:preferences#general then scroll down to Updates then click your desired option.
Open the Helpmenu, then select About Firefox, and the Update procedure should start.
