I wanna connect Thunderbird with my E-Mail account. And whenever I receive a new E-Mail, i would want that Thunderbird to open into the foreground and show me my new E-Mail. Is this possible with Thunderbird?

Thunderbird isn't a server application. It needs to be running in order to receive new mail.

Even if TB is running but is in the background, it won't come to the foreground when new mail arrives, but it will display a notification in the notification area that can be customized under Edit/Preferences/General.
