I used the truekey extension until this morning when macafee support removed it as part of a reinstall. When they attempted to enable the extension for firefox from within the truekey app, nothing happened. When they did the same for the Chrome or IE, it worked. I attempted to locate the extension from the firefox menu, but is not listed? Any suggestions, I use this pwd manager a lot and I do not want to have to switch browsers.

I'm going to assume that you have already attempted the steps from the How to add True Key to your browser page on their website.

After reviewing the McAfee support website, it appears to may have to manually install it on Firefox using their XPI file.

Simply right click here, select Save link as... and then save the file somewhere on your computer. Then you drag and drop the file into Firefox and it should prompt you through an installation of the extension.
