Is the problem that Firefox showed an old version of a web page that still contained some previously entered form data? If you see that situation, try the steps in the following article to clear cached pages so Firefox can only retrieve the page fresh from the server without any previous form data in it.

Itś my personal digital signature for banking and I did clear Firefox cache but same thing it´s still there for some time, even if I close Firefox. I think if I delete something like digital signature it should be deleted immediately.

Did it get added to/imported into Firefox's Certificate Manager during that process? That may store it indefinitely. To check on that:

  • Windows: "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Options
  • Mac: "3-bar" menu button (or Firefox menu) > Preferences
  • Linux: "3-bar" menu button (or Edit menu) > Preferences
  • Any system: type or paste about:preferences into the address bar and press Enter/Return to load it

In the search box at the top of the page, type cert and Firefox should filter to the Certificates section. Click the "View Certificates" button.

Does your digital signature show up on the "Your Certificates" tab of this dialog? If so, I guess you would need to remove it from here. (I don't use any personal certificates, so I am not familiar with how Firefox handles them.)

That the point when I try to remove it from there it´s still there for quite some time.
