LassPass add on keeps opening in a 2nd tab everytime Firefox launches

This started 2 days ago. Every time I launch Firefox a 2nd tab opens telling me I need to create an account or log in to the LastPass add on. See attached screen shot. I have been using Firefox and LastPass for several years and it has never done this before. I tried removing the LastPass add on and then reinstalled it and that did not help. I also used the Refresh Firefox option and that did not help either. I'm not sure if this is a Firefox issue or LastPass issue. Firefox and LastPass work okay, it just brings up this 2nd tab everytime Firefox runs. It's very annoying. It's happening on both my desktop and my laptop

They are both Windows 10 and Firefox 61.0.1

Any help or ideas would be appreciated.
