Help convert Outlook email to pdf
I used to be able to convert Outlook emails to a pdf with KMailPrint. Now I receive a message "KMailPrint is working on your Print to PDF request" but nothing happens.

Hi BDTrust, KMailPrint works generates PDFs on the publisher's server. I notice the company's secure certificate for their website expired on Friday (click the Advanced button on the following error page to see the expiration details).

That certainly could be related to the problem.
They give this support email address: [email protected]
In the meantime, and if your email content is sensitive and you prefer it not to go to a third party for processing, you could consider using the regular Print Message feature in Outlook(.com) and printing to a PDF printer, either Microsoft's or one of the many others available. For example:

Hi. Thanks for the info. I tried to the suggested programs and neither one will work. I am using Windows 7 and don't have the option for a pdf printer. I tried downloading both programs and I could not get either one to work. Do you have other suggestions?

What happened? After you install them, when you go to print a page, they should be listed as printers you can use instead of your regular "physical" printer.
Neither one showed in my list of printers.
Hmm, I don't know why. When you ran the installers, did they mention whether you need to restart Windows before you can use them?
It didn't say to restart. I'll try that. Do you have other suggestions as well?
I use a PDF printer I really like, but it's $99, so I'm not going to suggest that one. Either of the free ones should work, and they should appear when you call up the Print dialog in all of your programs.
