How do you know someone from another phone is accessing yours? When did you first notice this?

Have you ever left your phone unattended? It could be that someone has installed an "spying app" on your mobile phone. Find the app and remove it. Always use a PIN or password for your mobile phone.

If you really want to be sure, make a backup of your phone and reinstall it.
