Where can I securely download the 38.0.6 Firefox version so I can always have google as my search engine and not the awful Yahoo?

I uninstalled Firefox when it updated my old 38.0.6 version, even though I did not have it set on automatic update. I'd like to replace the 38.0.6 version, but can't find where to do so securely.

Firefox Releases since 56 to current (57.0.2) has had Google as the default again for United States, Canada, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

In case you are wondering why for the locales that had Yahoo as default they changed back to Google as default. https://blog.mozilla.org/blog/2017/12/05/mozilla-files-cross-complaint-against-yahoo-holdings-and-oath/

Actually Yahoo was the default search for en-US Firefox from 34.0 to 55.0.3 and then for 56.0 they went back to Google.
