I am an ebay seller. I use www.sellersource.com to make my listings. Now I CANNOT upload my images! Is it time for me to say goodbye to Firefox?
I have cleared the cache and history. Flushed the DNS. Everything downloads properly when I use Internet Explorer.

We have seen issues with eBay that are caused by a problem with an OCSP stapling response send by the server.
Try to disable OCSP Stapling temporarily by toggling this pref to false on the about:config page to see if that has effect.
- security.ssl.enable_ocsp_stapling = false
You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I accept the risk!" to continue.
It is best to reset this pref via the right-click context menu to true once you are done with accessing an affected website since this is a security feature.

Hi! So far.........it allowed me to upload the pictures! Yay! But will I need to continue to config this with every update? Thank You!! dianne
Hi Dianne, for most people, the inability to access the eBay Image server was a temporary problem with numerous sites that share the Akamai Content Distribution Network (CDN).
If you test a randomly selected product photo right now, will it load for you, or do you get an error?
I am not uploading my photos to ebay's site. I am uploading to www.sellersource.com.........https://appsrv.sellersourcebook.com......... I have used it for the past several years. And every so often I have this issue.

Those two links won't work - the first one should be :
http://www.sellersourcebook.com/
Have you checked what it says under 'Image hosting' ?
Have you tried to contact them yet, as this doesn't seem to happen all the time ?

Hi jonidi59, could you also check whether the site needs permission to use Flash?
For Flash, you now need to give individual sites permission to use the plugin. this isn't always obvious on non-video sites. A notification icon will appear toward the left end of the address bar that looks like a gray Lego block -- light gray if the site doesn't have permission, and dark gray if it does. More info on this change: Why do I have to click to activate plugins?
SellerSource does know of my issues. I have always contacted them first. I do not receive any notifications about the Flash Plugin. I will look for it though! Thank You! dianne
