How can I move Local Folders below my active account in the folders column?

When I installed Thunderbird (T), it placed "Local Folders" above active accounts in the folders pane. Apparently I had tried T years ago, because it detected an old Verizon (V) account with the same email address as my current V account. It showed messages from 2010 from an Outlook Express client. I was able to convert the account to the AOL account now used by V while retaining my V email address. I am planning to import my storage folders from Windows Live Mail to T after I get T configured.

I have not found a way to move the "Local Folders" and its contents below the active account(s), which I want to do before I import more folders. Thanks for any help.

Thanks for your response. As far as I can tell the add-on doesn't work. It allows me to move folders within a heading but it doesn't allow me to move the Local Folders below my account folder. Since my account name begins with "h" and since T apparently defaults to alphabetical sorts, I don't understand why it persists in this sort.

I don't know how you did determine that is doesn't work. It certainly does for me.

My error! I didn't restart Thunderbird because it didn't look like anything was happening. Thanks again for your help.
