homepage customisation option?
Hello, I was looking thought firefox for pc customization options, eg addons, tab bar customisation etc. and i noticed that there is no homepage customisation when you open the browser to the homepage. Could this possibly be an option? Personally i think it would give a more personal feel to the users of firefox, as myself. Furthermore if it was to happen the the designs could come from person submitted designs/drawings to give a community feel to the brower.
Best Regards, Martin

Very easy to set your own choice for your homepage: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-to-set-the-home-page
As far as modifying the default about:home homepage. I created a UserStyle - https://userstyles.org/styles/104673/about-home-hide-snippets-and-hide-brand-logo - to hide parts of the about:home page that I don't care to see; and that tend to load slowly as Firefox has to wait to receive data from Mozilla servers when and around the time that a new Release version comes out. In the future (like Fx 57 & later) "user access" to the "about:" pages may be limited programmatically and that UserStyle wouldn't work any longer.
There have been a number of different extensions available thru the years that allow the user to customize a homepage inside Firefox. But I'm not sure what is currently available beyond the Super Start extension. I use that on one of my Profiles. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/super-start/
